Key concepts

Offline payments — The create endpoint is primarily used for recording offline payments (e.g., a check received in the mail). Online payments processed through Swoogo’s payment gateway are recorded automatically. Transaction types — Transactions can represent payments, refunds, or credits, each affecting the registrant’s balance differently.
