# Account users

> Review who can access your account, when they last logged in, and which event folders they can open

## swoogo\_account-users\_get

List your account's users with their type, role, last login, and folder access. Use it for access reviews.

Requires the Users & Roles permission. Users who never logged in come first, then the rest from the oldest last login.

### Parameters

| Parameter | Type | Required | Description |
| - | - | - | - |
| `type` | string | No | Only return users of this account type: `full`, `limited`, `reporting`, `partner`, or `onsite`. Applies even when `match` is `any` |
| `last_login_before` | string | No | Date or date-time in UTC, e.g. `2026-10-13`. Returns users who last logged in before this time, and users who never logged in |
| `folder_count_min` | integer | No | Minimum number of event folders the user can open |
| `folder_count_max` | integer | No | Maximum number of event folders the user can open |
| `live_events_folder_count_min` | integer | No | Minimum number of the user's folders that hold a live event |
| `live_events_folder_count_max` | integer | No | Maximum number of the user's folders that hold a live event. Use `0` for users with no live event in any folder, including users with no folders |
| `match` | string | No | How the `last_login_before` and folder count criteria combine. `all` (default): a user must match every criterion. `any`: a user must match at least one |
| `page` | integer | No | Page number (default: 1) |
| `per_page` | integer | No | Results per page (default: 20, max: 200) |

### Response fields

| Field | Description |
| - | - |
| `id` | The account user ID. Pass it as `user_id` to `swoogo_account-user-folders_get` |
| `email`, `first_name`, `last_name` | The user's identity |
| `type` | The account type |
| `role_id`, `role_name` | The user's role |
| `super_folder_admin` | Whether the user can open every event folder |
| `last_login_at` | The user's latest login to this account or its sub-accounts, or `null` if the user never logged in |
| `folder_count` | Number of event folders the user can open |
| `live_events_folder_count` | Number of those folders that hold a live event |

A live event has the status live and is not closed.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Deactivated users and Swoogo staff are excluded. On a sub-account, users with the no-access role are also excluded. Folder access matches exact folder IDs. Access to a folder does not count its subfolders.

### Example prompts

* *"Which users have not logged in since 2026-10-13?"*
* *"Show the users who have no live event in any of their folders"*

> [!TIP]
>
> `{ last_login_before: "2026-10-13", live_events_folder_count_max: 0, match: "any" }` returns users who have not logged in since that date, or who have no live event in any folder.
